The dose of Percocet depends on the person being treated and depending on the intensity of pain and drug response. The full-strength tablets are not recommended for people under 18. Percocet e may be habit-forming if taken for long periods. Do not stop taking Percocet without consulting your doctor. If you stop taking Percocet suddenly, you may experience withdrawal symptoms such as anxiety, sweating, sleep disturbances, chills, nausea, tremors, diarrhea, or hallucinations. If you plan to stop treatment, your doctor may be asked to gradually reduce the dose to mitigate the effects of withdrawal.
